Meet our Reality Network Number 1 Gal: Valerie DiMaggio!
By Mella Noir
Have you ever met a person fully determined to not let anyone or anything get in her way? Probably, but not like this.

Valerie is the fiercest fighter I know. We met because we discovered we had a mutual enemy in common. I was approached by someone wanting to create a website and social media for a friend’s company and when their promises started to appear dubious, we backed out. It turns out the fraudsters didn’t know what they were doing and fled town. We bonded over pizza and compared notes of the grift.
Then, I watched as she lit up the bad guys with concise comments, detailed notes, and a “don’t F with me” attitude. She was swift and merciless in her attack and did not go down easily once the culprits skulked off. She did, however, make sure that everyone else they had ripped off knew the full story so it would be impossible to worm their way back by saying she was wrong or crazy.
We got to know each other, as I’m always looking to add a strong, substantial woman to my friend roster. We bonded over our passion for business, her savvy of social media and she taught me about her methods of survival despite a traumatic childhood dealing with her mother. She had escaped from that horror into a marriage that at first seemed like a dream come true, but turned out to be a nightmare. The dream that remained was her two wonderful sons that looked up to her and made her feel whole and loved like never before. Fast forward to now and Valerie is divorcing and thriving. She is always proudly peacocking her sons who are the most special parts of her and are both thoughtful, sensitive souls.

Speaking of drama, she was estranged from her father for most of her lifetime, through a tragic twist of fate he was unable to see her because of her mother and his ex-wife. They recently reconnected and rekindled their family bond. Barney is thrilled to be part of the family, spend time with his grandsons and support them through the divorce proceedings.
Valerie lost literally everything over her divorce: home, businesses, vehicle and clients. She has started her life over putting on concerts with her father and god parents Dick Klotzman and Susan Joseph. She is also now a content creator and website developer with a 24/7 team.

In this spirit of adventure and new beginnings, triumph over tragedy, I asked Val to give me her top pieces of advice in life, love and business. Here’s what she said:
Never give up.
Never stop.
Speak it into existence
Say yes
Actions speak louder than words.
Be kind to those around you, others may be having a bad day... who knows, they may be homeless.
Protect children at all costs.
Listen to no one who tells you that you can’t achieve your dreams.
You can do anything you set your sights on.
Valerie's best friend Rain Two Wolves and his fiancee Vanessa Salinas experienced a terrifying road rage attack on December 16th, 2025. Valerie and her team have moved swiftly to organize a Go Fund Me to assist them in recovery, doctor's visits, mechanic bills, rideshare, existing bills, future bills, and lawyer fees.
